Synopsis
Mary Maloney is a devoted wife and an exceptional housekeeper. One day, her police chief husband tells her he's leaving her for another woman. An angry Mary accidentally kills him by hitting his head with a frozen leg of lamb. She calls the police and tells them she was at the store when the murder took place. The investigating officer is further frustrated when he cannot find the murder weapon. Knowing of the long and hard hours spent looking into the case, Mary invites the officer and his men for a bite to eat. They dig into Mary's leg of lamb. The officer says, "For all we know, it (the murder weapon) might be right under our very noses." (TV.com)
