MR. MORRISON AT ELSTREE
Mr. Herbert Morisson, Lord President of the Council visited Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's British studios at Elstree yesterday. He took with him his next-door neighbour, Miss Margaret Downie, aged 25, who is an amateur actress. They visited the studios at the invitation of Transatlantic Pictures Corporation, Limited who are filming Under Capricorn. They had tea on the set with Miss Ingrid Bergman, Mr. Joseph Cotten, and Mr. Michael Wilding, who are acting in the film, and the director, Mr. Alfred Hitchcock.
